Virtual Lot
A Virtual Lot gives your visitor a complete picture of what you are franchised to sell. A "true" showroom. There is no possible way for you to ever have one of everything on your lot, even on your website without tons of work...we've made it simple!
Log into your console, click onto your virtual lot tab. Select the year. Select the Manufacturer. Next the Brand. Last the model numbers and you're done! That's all you do, our data base does the rest. Select "publish" from your tab editor and your visitors can now view your showcase.
We our back end creates a VL, the details page will publish the following information when available in our data base:
- Stock Photo
- Floor Plan
- Hot link to Floor Plan Directory
- QR Code
- Facebook LIKE Button
- Stock Description
- Video overlay
- Video playlist
- PDF Brochure
- Supplemental data (this is a complete list of standards, options, etc. provided by the manufacturer)
- Browser of active inventory on your lot
- Page titles and relevant URL are generated
The cool part is when your visitor lands on a virtual piece of inventory, they can now view all your AVAILABLE inventory because it is automatically published as a browser below the photos and will stay current based on your website activity. The inventory published is compiled of ALL floor plans for that BRAND.
Our data base will generate a VL stock number automatically with each new VL ad. A VL stock number is your way of identifying a lead as a piece of Virtual Inventory. Each stock number is unique. We've also written a script that will have your DMS software ignore your VL, so no worries...your lot will never go away.
In addition to our virtual lot tool that allows you to easily click to create, you can also clone inventory and assign it as a VL. Create a new ad and assign it as a VL, or simply take an existing piece of inventory (perhaps something that is now sold) and assign it as a VL.
