This is BIG! Our newest upgrade will allow you to email pricing based on zip code. In an effort to help dealers compete nationwide, we've installed this new tool. Basically some of our clients expressed that they would like to offer a better discount outside their region. Perhaps price competitively and fairly among their 20 members locations so not to price lower than them. Now you can!

Your console will now deliver via email, pricing based on zip code logic. You get to create two completely different rock bottom prices (you currently have MSRP, Our Price, Sale Price, Special Internet Pricing). These new prices can be your all time lowest price ever. One lower than the other based on zip code. This is a stand alone tool and CAN be combined with your other pricing options (Special Pricing, etc).

We've just installed this amazing tool.

We've added three brand new additional fields. Rock Bottom, Rock Bottom Excluded, and Excluded Zip Codes. Here's what these fields do: You get to key in your Rock Bottom Price and your Excluded Price. Next, follow the easy steps to key in the zip codes you want to exclude from your Rock Bottom. That's it!

You get to name the form anything you choose (we've defaulted it to Rock Bottom Price). The subject line of the email will mimic what ever you've named the field (details page organizer). So at a glance you and your team will know that lead was a zip code lead.

Rock Bottom will deliver your lower price. Rock Bottom Excluded will deliver your bottom line all time low price based on zip codes you save in your console for that unit. So, for the first time ever, your out of state buyers will see your lowest price giving you the opportunity to truly be competitive on the internet.

Your visitor will see on your browser or details page "Rock Bottom Pricing" (or what ever you named your campaign). They will complete a simple form that includes their zip code. They immediately receive a beautiful splash page email with your Rock Bottom Pricing. Delivery is based on their zip code compared to the zip codes you have saved in the back end as "excluded". Every piece of inventory needs to get priced and coded individually, so please don't ask for a global tool. It won't work that way.

You'll receive a lead telling you whether it is Rock Bottom or Excluded which will include all contact information. Name and Phone are not required. Email and zip are required.

What we've done is quite impressive and shows strike through pricing which will include their total savings. The splash page email is pretty much your entire details page so again, this is a great opportunity to rearrange your page with your new details page organizer and get your "general content" going so you can be sure to include very important dealership information with every lead.
