INSTANT PDF Email Delivery - More than HOT...ON FIRE!
We've just installed an amazing new tool that allows you to load PDF files that are specific to individual stock numbers...but with a twist. They will be available for immediate email delivery to your web visitor.
Use this tool to offer email delivery of your wholesale sheet, flyer, coupons...pretty much anything you want to have available in PDF from to email on demand.
How it works: Create and scan a PDF. Next, select the stock number you want that PDF to be available for email delivery from. Download the PDF using the simple tools we've created. If you choose to add an image for your visitor to click onto (more eye candy) you can download that image. This image can be in "button" format. If you don't use an image, the link will publish based on the NAME of the PDF. That's all you have to do! From this point on, everything is automated.
When your visitor is viewing the details of your inventory they'll see the PDF option available, click it, complete the short form and within seconds your PDF is delivered to them via email.
You receive notification via email that the UNIT PDF was delivered with basic information related to that piece of inventory...name, phone, email, stock number, manufacturer, etc.
Here are some important pointers...
- Be sure you have all your DEALERSHIP CONTACT INFORMATION on ALL PDF's. Once the PDF is delivered via email you want to be sure your visitor has a way to stay in contact with you.
- This
tool was difficult to create due to the direct association with each
individual stock number. With that being said, you cannot upload one
PDF on a global level, so please don't ask. Each individual unit must have an individual PDF
and/or image. This rule will allow you to be creative with each unit regarding PDF delivery.
- Due to how this platform communicates with the dozens of layers built to make it work, the image or option for email delivery cannot be included on the browser side of your inventory. It MUST live on each individual details page...so again, please don't ask.
- This
platform was created to give you the upper hand and deliver valuable
information in a PDF format to your web visitor. It will take some hard
work to get this going initially...but well worth the work!
There is a very cool free website out there called COOL TEXT. You can use their site to create some simple and fun images for this new tool. Any image can be loaded. Each inventory piece can have a different button image. Be sure you don't exceed 350px as your maximum width.
With our new Detail Page Organizer, you can rename the field that is related to this option. Filed name is set at Unit PDF by default. The subject line of the email will reflect the name you've chosen for your field.
