This page will walk you through the simple steps of fulfillment. Each screen shot includes a complete description.
Below: This store is dynamic and in real time shows your customer the current price based on your provider and the available quantities.
After your visitor selects the items they would like to purchase, they are then directed to their CART CONTENTS. At this time, they can easily edit and/or delete items from their cart. You'll also notice the sidebar navigation. Categories are published along with quantities. Our commerce store invites you to also create your own categories and add your own parts to your store. Perhaps pre-own generators...a deal on beach chairs. You're not limited at all.
Below: Every time a new order is placed, it is easily viewed and managed within your commerce store dashboard. At this time, you would decide what you are going to fulfill directly through your provider OR off your shelf.
Below: Once an order is sent to your distributor, a PO number is returned that is used to access all order details for tracking.
Below: Here you'll see that even after you've sent an order to your provider for fulfillment, you can still change your mind and add additional items. Simply check the box and send. Once you do that a new PO will generate.
Below: You'll see how the system generated a new PO number that is associated with the same customer. This happens if you later decide you want to include an item you left out for fulfillment. Perhaps you realized you didn't have it in your showroom and want to now fulfill it through your provider.
Below: At any point you can click onto any PO number (hot link provided) to view all order details sent to your provider including back order status, tracking numbers, shipping method, shipping company, customer details, etc.
