Before you read...a bit of history about UVS Junction. We've been servicing the RV Industry for over 11 years now. We've seen other providers come and go, and we're still here. They've tried to do what we do without success. We're leaders and it comes easy to us because we've written all our own software. This gives us the ease of quick turn around. The ability to edit existing code and develop new. We listen to our clients and build what they want within days...not weeks or months. We have a full team on site...all employees of UVS. We don't farm anything out which makes us exceptionally reliable. Most importantly, our retention rate is amazing. Our clients trust us. They've been with us for years and they know what to expect from us, and that's the highest level of customer service along with the finest development of continued product releases money can buy.

Prospect: Just called my provider and they said to give them time, they'll have what UVS has in a couple of months and they'll make my site so much better than it already is. Why should I leave them when they're making this promise to me...

UVS: This promise from other providers started about two or three years ago. They are still promising and not delivering. Since then when ever we've come across a dealer that tells us this promise, we give them time. 90% of the time within three to four months they call us and tell us they're ready to make the switch.

Here's the bottom line...until you tell them, they'll never be proactive. Here at UVS, we have layers and layers of products and information. They'll NEVER catch up to us. On average we are releasing two to eight new products a month that would take any other provider months of planning for each! Save your time. If they haven't given you the service thus far, they more than likely won't.

With that said, anything they do other than a total makeover is simply patchwork! They're putting a band aid on their broken stuff to give the illusion they're updating you. They would have to rewrite every part of their software to come even close to what we offer...but wait, are missing something? They didn't write their software to begin with, they're using third party software so they can't keep up with us at all ever. The authors of the software they are using would have to make those changes and how long would that take?

Prospect: I'm paying a little less per month for my current provider, how can I justify the increase to $595.00 a month?

UVS: If you're paying more than $79.00 a month to your current provider you're paying too much! Why? Well...what are they doing for you OTHER THAN HOSTING? Hosting a site can cost anywhere from $29.00 a YEAR to $79.00 a MONTH. They're following OUR PRICING LEAD but NOT GIVING YOU THE PRODUCTS.

What do we mean by that? It's simple...with us the $595.00 monthly gives yous tons of resources including our continuously updated data...floor plans, PDF Brochures, stock descriptions, stock photos, unlimited video, archived video as far back as 2004, supplemental data, email service, look-up tools...the list goes on and on. You never have to worry about updating any new data, we've got you covered.

Now...take a step back. What is your provider giving you for your monthly service fee? In all the research we've done...pretty much they're giving you nothing...with that said, then we rest our case...if you're paying them more the $79.00 a month, you're paying too much!

Prospect: What is a web provider.

UVS: We're probably the only true web provider out there. Providing service means that not only do we host a client site, but we also give them all the tools they need to succeed on the web. There are others that claim to be providers. They are simply hosting. We build our software and are a full circle provider. To date, there isn't another company out there that comes close to the services we provide.

Prospect: My provider told me they are the same as UVS. What's different about you?

UVS: Everything! All their claims to fame are false. First...we BUILD our own software, they don't. We're the authors of our scripts, they outsource their development. Our in house team manages your site, they have third party help. Some of them don't even have an office and work from their homes! We've also learned that some have a full time job and do this on the side.

UVS takes great pride in our products and services. We NEVER use any third party software. We control our products and service. That's why our turn around time is microwave fast. That's why we deliver a new client site in ten days or less.

Other providers out there rely on third party developers. When you want something done it goes to them which then goes to their developers which then gets put on their development schedule which then gets completed...then it goes back to your provider and then to you...really? With us it is bada-bing! Your request hits our email, goes directly on our development calendar and in most cases delivered the SAME DAY. Longest promised turn around time is 72 business hours...very rarely do our clients ever have to wait that long.

Prospect: I'm happy with my provider, why would I switch.

UVS: In most cases we've found that our prospects are really not happy, they're comfortable or just think the switch is too much work. What we ask them is to share all the products they currently have that help them sell nationwide. What tools do they have to manage their inventory. Manage their leads. Get the SEO presence they should. UVS has a personal relationship with our clients. We talk to them often and insure that they are taking advantage of all the products we offer. We answer the phone 7 days a week. We answer emails within minutes. Our reputation is that we under promise and over deliver! How cool is that?

Prospect: What if I want something done that is not part of your platform?

UVS: We have a Dream Maker Board in our conference room. What's a Dream Maker? It's a way for us to put all client ideas on the table for our development team to embrace. What this means is every time a client sends us a "can you do this" email, we print it on a Dream Making Form and it goes on the board.

This is the fun part of our job...we get to develop new products constantly based on client input...so in a sense we owe our growth to them! Depending on our development schedule, we can publish up to eight new dreams a month...it's like Christmas all the time here at UVS.

What this says about us is we LISTEN to our clients and understand their needs. 95% of the dreams that hit our board become a living product within weeks...sometimes even days...not months or years...

We've spoiled our clients...they've learned how easy it is to ask and receive. We are grateful for their input and welcome it always.

What are some examples of client "dreams"...

A look-up tool that enables our clients to log in and pull up information on any unit regardless of whether or not they sell that line, giving them full knowledge of the product and the ability to compare it to what they sell. This dream was delivered in under five days.

Another was our virtual lot. Now our clients can have one of everything they sell published for their visitors. This dream was delivered within three days due to our current data available.

Another, PDF delivery via email on demand giving our clients the ability to shoot out any information on the fly to their visitors. This dream was delivered the same day.

Prospect: I don't have time to switch. I have so much on my site now and it will take forever to get it done.

UVS: Relax! We do it all for you. We have a full time "new client" team that will build your new site within ten business days or less. In some cases within three days you're ready to go live. We get your inventory loaded, inventory photos, and all the content you have on your site. You get a call when we're done...review the new site and give us the thumbs up to flip the switch.

Prospect: I was told that if I switch providers, I'll lose my SEO ranking, so I'm afraid to make the change.

UVS: NOT TRUE! First off, SEO rules change every day. We are constantly tweaking our platform to be SEO friendly. SEOs also get bored easily. This means if your site isn't constantly changing more than likely you'll fall off the charts.

There isn't a magic wand and don't be fooled by empty promises. If it were that easy everyone would be on page one and page one would be never ending...As a new client of UVS your site will instantly be populated with tons of supplemental and relevant data and will throw itself in front of the engines with a brand new all you can eat buffet of words. In most cases within the first two or three weeks you'll find yourself as a prime result of Google...probably more on the front than you did before. Yes you will have a slight hiccup. Maybe a week at the most...well worth the sacrifice.

You can trust that there isn't another provider out there that understands the logic of the engines and provides more under the hood automation than we do. We make it easy and even for the laziest of clients that do almost nothing to their sites...they're still front runners.

Prospect: Currently I advertise with several third party classified sites. Will I still need to advertise with them if I'm a client of UVS?

UVS: More than likely you'll make a choice to pull your advertising. Here's our spin on third party sites...

First off, there are so many free resources out there so why would you want to pay. Next, by subscribing to third party classified sites you're actually competing against yourself! That's right..you know why? Because they have the power of numbers and are ranking higher than you are.

With that said, play buyer. Visit one of those sites on the fly and start a search for one of your products. How many layers of clicks does it take before you find yourself? Too many, we're sure!

What can you do? Take action! Have us assist you in setting up a pay per click account and take the marketing dollars you are spending to be part of a "bucket of classifieds" and give yourself front and center when it comes to results. You decide your daily budget. Target visitors to the pages you want them to visit. YOU control your traffic...not them!

Last on this topic...remember that your organic presence will soar when you're a client. We build our software that way. In many cases clients eventually pulled from third party classifieds and don't even participate in a pay per click anymore...we're that good!
