New Floor Plan Module on your Homepage:
We have just installed a new module available on our clients homepage for Floor Plans. This is all loaded automatically based on the inventory in your console. When your visitor clicks on the link it will bring them to a page that has every floor plan you have listed for that manufacturer. They are listed alphabetically. This can be turned on or off and moved through your Homepage Organizer tool.
We have a consumer site that is a Floor Plan Directory. CLICK HERE to visit the site we've published for consumers to visit with every floor plan. Every client site generates their own Floor Plan directory. It's all automatic.

you'll find a hot link that says "View other floor plans...".
When your visitor
clicks onto this link they'll land on a page that is loaded with
information, but best of all...it's automated. It displays all
floor
plans from that manufacturer that YOU HAVE ON YOUR SITE.
It is now extremely important to create a virtual lot of inventory for every floor plan you can sell even if you don't have it on your lot, so all floor plans you are franchised to sell will publish with this tool. When your visitor gets to the floor plan finder page, it will give them an option to view a large floor plan or view all inventory on your site that is that specific floor plan. They can even view all floor plans for that manufacturer.
This platform has added thousands of indexed pages to your website and within weeks should help organically place you in a prime position with the search engines.
Below is a screen shot example of a landing page your visitor would go to if they clicked the "view other" link. When they click onto the thumbnail, a large floor plan opens. When they click onto the link below the thumbnail, your visitor is driven to that inventory.
