Posting on craigslist has never been easier! Simply click onto the inventory, select your city (be honest), all your information gets pushed right into the craigslist form, make any edits or changes if you choose, photos are done for you, confirm, publish. This platform keeps you logged in and it should take you under 60 seconds to post an ad.

Our craigslist platform was built based on their terms of use which are quite stringent. The craigslist tool we provided allows you based on your own level of honesty post inventory on any of the cities they support. It allows you to edit titles, descriptions, and change out your content easily. UVS is not liable for any content and/or ads your dealership posts onto the craigslist platform. We are simply providing a tool. If any provider out there is submitting your inventory on auto feed, they are violating craigslist terms and conditions.
craigslist GHOSTING update: Craigslist now "ghosts" ads. Ghosting means that an ad has NOT BEEN FLAGGED however just does not publish. This has been a result of automated reposting of flagged ads. Some companies out there will resubmit an ad automatically if it is flagged. Because of this, pretty much everyone is paying the price. Craigslist has zero tolerance to any automation. UVS has followed every rule published by craigslist regarding their terms and conditions.
Here are the clauses to the craigslist terms of service that do not allow for third party posting.
Please choose just ONE craigslist site for which your ad is most relevant - this should generally be the site closest to where you are located. If your ad is equally relevant to all locations, your ad does not belong on local craigslist sites at all, please find another service. (For this clause, UVS is giving you a drop down menu that will give you every city available through their platform. You select the city you would like to post your ad. If you choose a city outside of yours, you are personally liable for posting an ad outside your local city).
Posting the same ad to multiple locations is considered spamming, and is prohibited. (For this clause, please note that all your information is populated into the form. If you choose to post the same ad in multiple locations by changing it out, rewording, etc., you are personally liable for this duplicate ad and the possibility of being flagged for spamming that may result in a fine. UVS has no hand in submitting your inventory and is not liable for any misuse.)
8. POSTING AGENTS A "Posting Agent" is a third-party agent, service, or intermediary that offers to post Content to the Service on behalf of others. To moderate demands on craigslist's resources, you may not use a Posting Agent to post Content to the Service without express permission or license from craigslist. Correspondingly, Posting Agents are not permitted to post Content on behalf of others, to cause Content to be so posted, or otherwise access the Service to facilitate posting Content on behalf of others, except with express permission or license from craigslist. (For this clause, please note that UVS is not posting your information, nor is it automated. We are simply providing a "three click or less" tool that imports all your information directly onto the craigslist form. Your dealership is responsible for posting each piece of inventory)
e. If you are a Posting Agent that uses the Service in violation of the TOU, in addition to any liquidated damages under clause (d), you agree to pay craigslist one hundred dollars ($100) for each and every Item you post in violation of the TOU. A Posting Agent will also be deemed an agent of the party engaging the Posting Agent to access the Service (the "Principal"), and the Principal (by engaging the Posting Agent in violation of the TOU) agrees to pay craigslist an additional one hundred dollars ($100) for each Item posted by the Posting Agent on behalf of the Principal in violation of the TOU. (For this clause, again please note that our developers simply created a tool to allow you to post your inventory on your account and UVS is not personally liable for posting or managing any of your craigslist inventory listings which may include misrepresented cities, locations, duplicates, etc.)
